Abby was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is currently enrolled in a Masters’s program at Utah Valley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Family Studies. She tries to make therapy feel human by tailoring her approach to meet each person she works with where they are currently at.
