Frey Seagrove-Nelson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Frey Seagrove-Nelson is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) working with Flourish Counseling Services, PLLC. He earned his master of science in nursing degree from the University of Utah in 2014 and currently teaches in the department of nursing at Utah Valley University. Frey has worked within the LGBTQ+ population for more than seven years. He’s happy and excited to be providing psychopharmacological medication management through Flourish Counseling Services, PLLC.
