Our Story

The mission of our 70 therapists, counselors, associates, and interns is to expand access to mental and behavioral health for the LGBTQIA+ community. This approach to care has been shown to reduce depression, anxiety, disconnection, and suicidal ideation.

We offer more than 400 sessions of free therapy every month. More than 50% of our 2200 sessions per month are offered at $25 or less.

We offer evidence-based socio-culturally lensed, trauma-informed care at the intersection of personal identities. Our therapists are culturally competent in religious trauma, sexual orientation, gender identity, and family conflict. We support clients in self-determination and seek to aid clients of all identities and relationships in discovering meaningful connection.

We have provided more than 50,000 sessions of therapy to the community we support, and we are committed to providing affordable therapy and educational outreach in the Intermountain West and across the globe.

Information Collection
Flourish Therapy is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our donors. We collect and maintain donor information, including contact details such as name, address, email address, and phone number if voluntarily provided by the donor.

We also record donation details, such as the amount and frequency of contributions, as well as any other information voluntarily provided by the donor.

Use of Donor Information
Donor information is collected to process donations, acknowledge contributions, and keep donors informed about Flourish Therapy’s programs and initiatives. Additionally, we may use donor information for internal analysis and record-keeping to improve our outreach efforts and better understand our supporters’ needs.

Transaction Security
Flourish Therapy does not store or retain any credit card information after a donation transaction is completed. All online transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways to ensure donor security.

Donor Recognition
Unless otherwise specified by the donor, first names and last initials may be publicly acknowledged. However, donation amounts will remain confidential.

Donor Privacy and Security
Flourish Therapy does not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties. We implement appropriate security measures to protect donor information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
