Kathryn completed her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University in Colorado. One of the mental health areas she enjoys is working with religious/faith crises and religious trauma. She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, mature adults, and couples. Kathryn is a strengths-based therapist. She uses motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy as well as psychoeducation, academic support, and narrative therapy. She loves reading and having coffee with friends. She and her partner of 32 years have four sons, one daughter, and a black golden-doodle.
