Sierrah Roberts, ACMHC
She has personal experience dealing with anxiety, navigating faith transitions, and coming out to friends, family, and peers as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. These experiences have helped increase her empathy for others and passion for mental health advocacy. She also has previous work experience supporting and helping individuals with eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm urges, and ADHD. She is passionate about working in the mental health field, especially when it comes to providing a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals where they can grow, heal, and thrive. She loves incorporating aspects of ACT, Mindfulness-based approaches, and Person-Centered therapy in a way that best suits her clients' unique needs.
