What We Offer
At Flourish Therapy, we offer affirming autism assessments designed to help individuals better understand themselves, their experiences, and the ways they move through the world.
Assessments are available for children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults. Not sure what type of assessment you need? That's okay—we'll help you figure it out.
Assessments must be completed in person at the Orem office.

Which Assessment is Right for You?
Autism Assessment with parental or caregiver input: This autism assessment incorporates input from the parent or primary caregiver and/or teachers who knew the individual between the ages of 4 and 5.
5 + hours | $1, 250 - $1,400
Higher price = PhD-level assessment
Lower Price = Master’s level assessment
Autism Assessment without parental or caregiver input: This autism assessment does not include obtaining input from a parent or primary caregiver about the client’s early years.
4 hours | $1,000 - $1,150
Higher price = PhD-level assessment
Lower Price = Master’s level assessment
Assessment for Cognitive and Behavioral Functioning: This assessment is for individuals who want to better understand their cognitive and behavioral strengths and challenges and do not feel the need for an autism assessment or diagnosis.
