I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am currently enrolled in a Masters program at Utah Valley University in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and minors in sociology and family studies. I try to make therapy feel human through tailoring my approach to meet each person she works with where they are currently at.
