Izzy Reghenzani, Student Intern

Hello, I'm Izzy (they/them) and I'm happy you're here! I am a current graduate student at Northwestern University, pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I'm especially interested in the  LGBTQIA+ population, trauma, autism, and ADHD. Within therapy, my goal is to create a safe space to navigate through current issues and trauma patterns, cultivating healing and growth. I aim to gently and safely help my clients towards the root cause of their struggles. I incorporate multiple modalities, including Multicultural Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Originally from Las Vegas, I have lived all over the west and parts of the south. I am trans, queer, AuDHD, and disabled. You'll often find me playing video games, enjoying tabletop roleplay, or cuddling with my English bulldog.
