Jordan Jackson, Administrative Assistant

A lifelong resident of Northern Utah, Jordan brings over 10 years of customer experience background to Flourish Therapy. His roles, including restaurant training director and customer operations analyst for a global fintech, highlight his expertise in streamlining processes, analyzing and resolving complex issues, and delivering exceptional client service.

Jordan's passion for the LGBTQIA+ community led him to create LGBTQ.UT, Utah's Centralized LGBTQ Resource Guide. His community-focused work earned him recognition from several media outlets and a prestigious Utah Business Magazine Living Color Award. As an ACA Coach Academies certified life coach, he further demonstrates his passion for mental well-being and service to others.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, spending time with loved ones (including his cat Sahara!), and staying updated on the latest technology. His "one decision away from a different life" mantra fuels his drive for self-improvement and growth. Jordan is grateful to support Flourish Therapy and the expansion of access to LGBTQIA+-affirming mental healthcare.
