Katie Eldridge, ACMHC
Katie (she/her) obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SNHU. She uses a very person-centered, humanistic approach, supporting clients with emotion focused, somatic, and strength based models.
Katie believes that each client knows the best things for their life and is here to help tease it out while reinforcing positive skills and growth. She loves being with the LGBTQ+ community and works to create a safe and affirming space for her clients.
In her free time Katie loves to knit, read, and mess around with her dog and cat. She loves spending time with her family - going on a good hike or eating sushi. Formal religion used to be important to Katie, having moved away from that, she now focuses on spirituality and love.
