Justice Forshee, Administrative Assistant/ Community Engagement & Development Specialist

Justice (they/them) is a first-generation graduate from the University of Utah (2023), where they earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Media Studies. With over six years of experience working with non-profits, Justice is passionate about creating meaningful impacts in the community. At Flourish Therapy, they lead community engagement, outreach, and grant writing efforts, ensuring that the organization’s mission reaches those who need it most. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks.

They have experience in political activism and campaign management, which laid the groundwork for their transition into social work, inspired by personal experiences with family addiction. Today, Justice channels their skills into advocacy and support roles, bringing a unique blend of skills.

Outside of work, Justice enjoys outdoor adventures like kayaking and hiking with their dog, Skye. They also have a deep love for dance and are excited about exploring their identity through drag performance as a future drag king.
