Justice Forshee, Administrative Assistant

Justice (they/them) is a first-generation graduate from the University of Utah (2023), majoring in political science with a minor in media studies. Beginning their professional journey as a campaign manager, Justice later transitioned into social work, driven by personal experiences with family struggles with addiction. This shift fueled their passion for roles supporting and helping others.

Starting their political activism at 17, running a state senate campaign, Justice aims to amplify underrepresented voices at the local level. Their advocacy is rooted in a commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community, as a non-binary lesbian. Eager to contribute to Flourish Therapy's mission, Justice looks forward to leveraging their skills for community impact.

Beyond work, Justice enjoys outdoor activities, including kayaking and hiking with their dog, Skye. With a deep love for dance, Justice aspires to become a drag king performer, celebrating their identity and connecting with others in transformative ways.

Beloved community is formed not by the eradication of difference but by its affirmation, by each of us claiming the identities and cultural legacies that shape who we are and how we live in the world. -bell hooks
