Lacey Bagley, PhD, LMFT

Hi! My name is Dr. Lacey and my pronouns are she/her. I’m originally from northern Minnesota,

the current and ancestral land and water of the Ojibwe and Dakota, and now I live in Provo, the

ancestral home of the Shoshone, Paiute, Goshute, and Ute Tribes.

I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2018 and I earned my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University in 2021.

I am a white, bisexual, polyamorous, cisgender woman and I love to CELEBRATE my queer community! My goal as a supervisor is to provide a nurturing environment for therapists-in-training, so they can fully bloom. We are all wounded healers, learning to show up for those who have also been hurt by systems of oppression. Together, we will work on empowering the Self to show up in full authenticity for our clients. My clinical scope includes a variety of systems therapy models and I use elements of play or experiential therapy to aid the process of supervision (and therapy).

My spouse, Evan, and I have been married for 15 years and are raising our sweet children, Dax & Lily, and our pets, a dachshund mix Pepper, golden doodle Vanellope and ornate wood turtle Gamera. I exuberantly enjoy being in the water (swimming, kayaking and canoeing), playing DND with my friends, reading books about therapy, and writing poetry.
