Macy Silvano, Student Intern

Greetings, I am so glad you are here! I'm Macy (she/her), and I'm thrilled to be a part of Flourish therapy as an intern therapist. I am available in-person in SLC or via telehealth. In 2022, I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Denver and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University.

I am a bisexual, cisgender female. I believe every person is inherently whole, shaped by their unique blend of culture, gender identity, and sexual orientation. By simply existing in this world, you are enough. As your therapist, I hope to facilitate your journey toward self-discovery and empower you to uncover the answers already residing within. My approach draws from Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I believe that through curiosity about the way we experience the world, our relationships with others, and our relationships with ourselves we can uncover deep and meaningful healing. This journey is yours, and I am so honored to be a part of it.

Outside of the therapeutic space, you can likely find me on a mountain somewhere. Whether I am backpacking with my dogs, trail running, or paddleboarding – outside is where I love to feed my soul! Additionally, I love spending quality time with my husband and stepchildren or getting lost in a good book.
